Prize Redemption Procedure

If you have won a prize from KISS

1. Winners who have won prizes ON-AIR by calling the studio hotlines will be advised by the KISS studio as to when the prize will be available, and when you can pick your prize up.  Online Contest prize winners will be notified by phone by the KISS  Promotions Dept. and be given similar instructions on how to claim your prize. ALL Prizes are picked up at our offices.
2. You will have to come to the KISS offices during normal business hours (M - F from 10am - 5pm) to pick-up your prize. You must pick-up your prize within 30 days of winning. The KISS office is not open on weekends and holidays.
3. The receptionist will greet you and have you fill out and sign a standard release form.
4. Once you have completed filling out your paperwork, please notify the receptionist and you will be assisted further.
5. Please bring one form of picture identification (required). Winners must be 18 years of age or older!
6. The KISS Promotions Department will verify that you are the winner and you will receive your prize.
