Not sure what kind of parent would do this but a company in Switzerland has set up a evil clown service

You pay the company and they have the clown pretty much stalk your kid for a week.
The clown will send texts, make prank phone calls and posts notes warning them they are being watched.
The clown will then follow the kid around with a cake trying to smash it into the kids face when they least expect it. If the kid manages to avoid the cake smash they are given the cake as a birthday present from the evil clown.
No worries though the evil clown does have a few rules. Evil clown will never break into a residence or show up at work. It's all in fun and if at any point the kids get scared or their parents are concerned the clown will stop.
