This wonderful story is out of Dubuque Iowa

55 Year Old Jerald Reiter was arrested and charged with a OWI (Operating While Intoxicated) outside of a bar. When Police officers stopped him they noticed his pet ZEBRA and PARROT riding in the front seat.

He tried to enter the bar with the Zebra and the bar turned him away police were called and they caught him as he was about to drive out of the parking lot. His side of the story was that he was just about to have someone else drive his truck with the ZEBRA and PARROT...Surreee
