According to TMZ, no charges will be filed in the Chris Brown vs. Drake bottle fight that took place at WIP nightclub in New York  on June 14th. There apparently isn't enough evidence to charge either of them or their entourage with anything. 

So basically, massive fight, lots of injuries, pictures of the aftermath, tons of eyewitnesses but there was so much going on that there's no evidence of any one person doing anything that charges would stick. Also, the security cam from the nightclub was so dark and grainy that it was basically useless.
