What started off as a horrible story and video of an elderly bus monitor in Greece, NY getting verbally abused by a group of kids on a bus has turned into an amazing win for the internet.

Worst part of the story: Klein said the comment that hurt the most was when the kids said "you're so ugly your kid should kill themselves." Her son took his life 10 years ago.
