The Justin Bieber NBC special where they follow him around to different countries as he promotes his new album "Believe" is completely insane....he literally can't go anywhere without some sort of just insane crowd that follows him, screams for him, cries for him. It's crazy!

Part 1 on Wednesday night ended with Justin collapsing backstage at a show after hitting his head on a glass wall. Seems a bit much for us. At one point someone says he was out for 4-5 minutes. Really? Here's the video...part 2 is Thursday night on NBC.

And then, there was a scene where Biebs was rehearsing for his tour, doing some sweet dance moves and wearing a Steelers hat (Bieber wears Pittsburgh hats a lot).

Do not stare at anything but the Steelers hat....
