If you win you will get a pair of tickets to the premiere and you will be invited to the Mayor's Proclamation ceremony Thursday.

On Thursday at 11 a.m Mayor Luke is making an official proclamation declaring it "Dark Knight Rises Week" in the City of Pittsburgh.

The ceremony will be aired live on the City’s Cable Channel that day. The ceremony will be taped at Mayor Ravenstahl’ Office.

Hopefully Luke is wearing a batman costume.
