So, who won Wednesday night's ratings battle between The Voice and The X Factor?
The Voice and America's Got Talent both beat The X Factor overall. Not good news for Simon.

Head to head in the 8pm hour, The Voice had 10.6 million viewers, The X Factor had 8.4 million.
8.4 million for The X Factor is down 3.5 million viewers from last season's premiere. Ouch.
Fox DID win the night overall in the 18-49 adult demo and teens because of the 2 hour premiere of The X Factor, BUT...NBC was first in viewers with 8.9 million, followed by Fox 8.4 million.
The Voice more than doubled NBC's regular audience for that time slot on a Wednesday night.
Simon was right. NBC's descicion to add a third night of The Voice to go head to head with The X Factor premiere DEFINITELY hurt the overall ratings for his show. There's no doubt about it.
From 9-10pm, NBC's 'America's Got Talent' pulled in 11 million viewers total vs. The X Factor's 9.5 million viewers.
8 p.m.
NBC: "The Voice" (10.7 million viewers, 6.6 rating/11 share)
FOX: "The X Factor" premiere (7.5 million, 4.6/8)
18-49 leader: "The Voice" (3.3)
9 p.m.
NBC: "America's Got Talent" finals (11 million, 6.7/10)
FOX: "The X Factor" premiere (9.5 million, 5.7/9)
18-49 leader: "The X Factor" (3.8)
Thursday night, The X Factor is up against America's Got Talent in the 8pm hour. Good luck Simon!
