Yep this is really happening

The  U.S. Centers for Disease Control and the security firm HALO Corp. announced that about 1,000 military personnel, police officials, medical experts and federal workers will go through Zombie Apocalypse Training as part of an annual counter terrorist summit in San Diego learn the ins and outs of a zombie apocalypse.

The training will cover all worldwide pandemics but with the theme being a zombie like virus outbreak where people become crazy, violent and fearful. Zombies will roam the summit grounds harassing troops and first aid teams that will be participating.
