68 year old Jerry Sandusky who was convicted on 45 counts of sexually abusing children was sentenced to 30 to 60 years in prison. If he is still alive he will be eligible for parole at 98years old.
Sandusky will remain at the Centre County Correctional Facility for 10 days before being transported to state prison. His attorney Joe Amendola has said his client would like to be placed in a general population.
Sandusky and his lawyer team plan to appeal.
