It made a TON of money, but after it's opening weekend, it doesn't look like Twilight:Breaking Dawn Part 2 opened as the biggest Twilight movie ever. 

Breaking Dawn:Part 2 made $141.3 million in it's opening weekend which is good for the 8th biggest opening of all time, not bad. 

BUT, it fell JUST short of the biggest Twilight opening ever for New Moon which made $142.8 million in 2009. 

Breaking Dawn: Part 1 made $138.1 million in it's opening weekend in 2011. 

Worldwide, Breaking Dawn:Part 2 made $340.9 million
