UPDATE: Hostess and the union have failed to reach an agreement in their Monday mediation session that was hopefully supposed to save the company. According to FOX Business News, it failed and will likely now end up in Hostess going out of busines....again.

A Hostess spokesperson said the company will have no further comment until a hearing at 11AM in U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
