During Kate Middleton's recent stay in the hospital for morning sickness, an Austrailian radio show called the hospital and basically got info on Kate by pretending to be the Queen. 

The nurse that took the call has died now from a suspected suicide. Cops are not conducting a criminal ivestigation and there is no foul play suspected at all. Horrible. 

Kate and William's rep has issued a statement on their behalf saying they are "deeply saddened" by the news ... adding, "Their thoughts and prayers are with Jacintha Saldanha’s family, friends and colleagues at this very sad time."
