Justin Bieber sent him brainwaves....

49 year old Lawrence Adamczyk of Rockford, Ill. was on his way to the zoo to look for boys when he claims Justin Bieber sent his a brainwave telling him to go to into a high school nearby and watch the swim meet instead.

Police were called and he told them "Justin Bieber sent me brainwaves that told me to come here".

Lawrence was arrested and is currently being held for criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. He was on parole and has been arrested three times before for committing sex acts at local fitness centers.
