Probably THE best moment of the Presidential Inauguration Parade was Al Roker on NBC's coverage. 

First, Brian Williams was basically betting him he couldn't get President Obama to talk to him. Roker got that one....President Obama definitely looks at him and comments on the weather. 

Roker was riding high....then Brian Williams with another challenge...get VP Joe Biden. 

Roker eyes up Biden, makes contact and Biden RUNS over and shakes Al's hand. BOOM. 

Then....Roker, like a BAWSE, just drops the mic like he just won a rap battle.
