UPDATE: Podcast of us covering the Justin Bieber 'gym bully' story....basically, we want Bieber to spit in our Gatorade....

Colette Harrington who is a radio host in North Carolina got excited Tuesday when Justin Bieber his trainer and a back up dancer came into the gym she was working out in at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Charlotte.

She walked up to him and asked for a pic. Bieber said no...

She went on her way and started her workout which according to her is loud saying - "I always count out loud my reps. Then Justin starts imitating me and whenever I'd get to 20 he and his buddy would say 'Shut the F'ck up.'"

Here is where it gets a little more sketchy she tried to ignore them but claims they all continued to mock her and then someone from the group who she thinks is Bieber spit blue Gatorade in her water bottle which she drank saying - "I did not look at my water bottle before taking a drink."

Colette says she filed a complaint with the hotel and plans to sell the spit filled water bottle on eBay with plans to use the money to upgrade the kitchen at her local Ronald McDonald house, where she volunteers.

Bieber's rep said - "The woman is dead wrong.  Justin and his trainer were in the gym, and they were making snide comments to EACH OTHER but absolutely NONE were directed at the woman.
