President Obama said some stuff in his State of the Union speech on Tuesday night...here's where he was introduced and the start of his speech....'partners for progress' not 'rivals for power'...would have been a PERFECT time for everyone to do a 'Harlem Shake' video and own the internet and the world. 

BUT...

the Republican response by Marco Rubio had the internet going nuts when...he awkwardly took a sip of water during the middle of his speech (we're all so easily entertained)
