UPDATE: Detective Frank Rende claims that he held the Taser to the neck of Mark Keyser Jr., 27, of Ross but did not activate it and that Mr. Keyse was drunk and fell over the little white plastic fence. More on the story at Post Gazette.com

Mayor Luke going IN on the detective saying "Somebody better give me a pretty good reason as to why he should not be fired."

Acting Police Chief Regina McDonald said "It has been determined that the Taser was not utilized and everything else remains under investigation" 

WPXI got a hold of the video and found out the police officer is the same guy who tased and hit the guy wearing the USA Jacket at PNC Park in 2011.

A Pittsburgh police officer was filmed what looks to be him tasing a St. Pat's Day party goer and it was all caught on video. Not sure the full story behind the video but it seems as if the drunk guy was walking away from the party when the officer goes after him and tases him or pushes him to the ground.
