R. Kelly owes the goverment some change in back taxes from all the way back in 2005....

2005 - $1,472,366.77
2006 - $710,520.51
2007 - $376,180.11
2008 - $1,122,694.90
2009 - $173,815.18
2010 - $992,495.24

Total - $4,848,072.71.

A rep for Kelly tells TMZ, "R. Kelly is in the process of working everything out with the government and is confident that all his obligations will be satisfied."

He's gonna have to do about another 100 versions of "Trapped in the Closet", hope Michael Jordan and Bugs Bunny call him up for the Space Jam 2 soundtrack OR....maybe just do custom versions of the first 45 seconds of "Bump and Grind" for couple's anniversary and stuff...that would be amazing....$10 a pop....make that $5 mill in NO TIME!
