Real bad boy stuff for Bieber, nothing new. 

This looks like it was shot while he was driving around in LA, he just stops his Ferarri while 2 different paparazzi are pulled up next to him. Biebs tells one of the guys he's cool with him and then just starts going in on the other guy asking him if his parents are proud of what he does...all the is happening while he is holding up traffic behind him, cars honking horns, people yelling at him...and he doesn't seem to care. 

That's the life of a real BAD BOY right there
