Lindsay was spotted backstage at the Philly Jingle Ball for radio station Q102 earlier this week. 

She was there to see Max from the Wanted who she was reportedly fighting over in a club that led to her latest arrest. 

Max invited her backstage at the show according to TMZ.

NOW, Lindsay has joined The Wanted on their tour bus and on to Boston for another Jingle Ball concert on Thursday night. 

TMZ sources say Max "doesn't want a girlfriend, and is a single guy ... but doesn't mind having Lindsay around.

That tour bus has to smell like microwaved ham by now.
