A few months back the world learned that Disney was going to reboot the classic "Boy Meets World" but it would be focused around the daughter of Cory and Topanga and be called "Girl Meets World".
Ben Savage signed on to play Cory and Danielle Fishel to play Topanga (Mompanga) but they didn't have a daughter yet.
Disney announced 11 year old Rowan Blanchard who was in the spy kids movies will be playing their daughter Riley Matthews

Producer Michael Jacobs said - “As soon as Rowan walked into the room, I was reminded of why Ben Savage was loved as Cory Matthews,”
The pilot episdoe for "Girl Meets World" is set to begin production next month and will most likely find a spot in the Disney Channel’s 2013-14 schedule.
