KDKA is reporting they have learned Big Bens version of the assault

When he talked to police the night of the event he told them there was no sexual intercourse

He did have sexual contact with the woman but it was not consummated

He said he did not force himself on the woman...but she did fall and hit her head

Its still unclear why the police are asking for a DNA sample from Big Ben if there was no intercourse

Actor Corey Haim died Wednesday morning of an apparent overdose, according to LAPD. He was 38.

The LAPD said Haim was taken to a Burbank hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

According to the LAPD, Haim had been staying with his mother in North Hollywood.

In the 80s he co-starred in a number of films, including The Lost Boys, with Corey Feldman.

Steelers Safety Ryan Clark said he was ready to sign a deal with the Miami Dolphins earlier this week but only because the Steelers had not made him an offer.

Once Clark got an offer from the Dolphins, he called Coach Tomlin and told him he didn't want to be anywhere but with the Steelers. The Steelers put together a four-year, $14 million contract that Clark agreed to last night and signed today.

'It was always a situation where I wanted to be here I didn't want to leave,' Clark said after arriving at the Steelers When things seemed like they weren't going right, I'm not the type to sit at home and do nothing. I thought that was it. I was going down there to get a deal done. This is the place where I wanted to be. If I get to finish my contract here, that's eight years in one place. That's an accomplishment for me. I finally have a home.'

Clark was so close to getting a deal done with the Dolphins that it was the only other NFL team that he visited. He had every intention of becoming a Dolphin but he said he didn't use the Dolphins to get a deal done with the Steelers.

Cops in Georgia want to question at least 8 people who were with Big Ben on the night of the alleged sexual assualt.

Two of the 8 are police officers that Ben hired for off duty work.

One is a police officer from Coraopolis and the other is a Pennsylvania State Trooper stationed at the Washington County barracks. The State police in Harrisburg confirmed the trooper has been supplementally employed by Roethlisberger as a personal assistant since 2006.

The cop has worked as a driver and as event security for Ben in the past.

Steelers lineman Willie Colon was in Georgia with Ben but has stated that he was NOT at the club at the time of the alleged incident.

Attorneys who are representing the 20 year old girl that has accused Ben of sexual assault has released a statement urging the media to give her privacy.

'We join the school in urging the media to respect the family's need for privacy during this extremely difficult period in their lives,' said attorneys Lee Parks and David Walbert of the Atlanta law firm Parks, Chesin & Walbert.

'Their daughter has done the right thing and reported this matter to the police. She has been, and will be, available to the authorities to assist them in the criminal investigation. While the matter is under investigation, we ask you to respect her privacy, keep her name out of the press and allow the family space and time to heal.'

The girls college, or former college since she dropped out over the weekend, has instructed other students not to talk about the woman or what they know about the alleged incident. (Hahaha WTF! A "no talking" policy?)

Ben Roethlisberger has been asked to fork over a DNA sample to cops as part of the investigation into sexual assault allegations.

The Milledgeville Police Department claim they made the request to Ben's legal team and believe Roethlisberger will comply. No official word yet on whether Ben will give up the DNA or not.

The cops have already spoken to Ben once about the incident but are supposed to talk to him again at some point this week.

Big Ben's latest accuser is back at home with her parents after dropping out of college over the weekend.

The 20 year old was attending Georgia College and State University.

Is she dropping out of school because she doesn't want to deal with people talking about her on campus or maybe she sees a Big Ben payday close in her future and is just banking on that?
