Dr. Conrad Murray has been formally charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson.

According to the criminal complaint, the D.A. alleges Dr. Murray 'did unlawfully, and without malice, kill Michael Joseph Jackson in the commission of an unlawful act, not a felony; and in the commission of a lawful act which might have produced death, in an unlawful manner, and without due caution and circumspection.'

Dr. Murray plead NOT GUILTY to the charge. Dr. Murray administered Propofol to Jackson just before he died, and the L.A. County Coroner's Office has determined Jackson died as a result of acute Propofol intoxication. If convicted, Dr. Murray faces a maximum of four years in prison.

The judge in the case told Murray that he cannot be in possession of (or prescribe) anesthetics. He can prescribe other meds. Quote from the judge: 'I do not want you sedating people.'

Bail has been set at $75,000 three times the standard amount for cases like this. Murray had to surrender his passport. Murray was taken in to custody for booking at the courthouse.

The medical board also filed a motion to have Murray's medical license revoked.

Michael's brother Randy was tweeting from the courthouse and was pretty upset certain parties didn't show.

A record 106.5 million people in the U.S. watched the Saints/Colts Super Bowl in Miami on Sunday night.

The series finale of MASH in 1983 previously held the record with 105.9 million viewers.

The previous record for viewers for a Super Bowl was last year's Steelers/Cardinals Super Bowl with 98.7 million.

TV audiences for the Super Bowl have grown for each of the past four years, demonstrating why advertisers paid up to $3 million for a 30-second commercial during Sunday's more than three-hour broadcast.

The new CBS show "Undercover Boss" also benefited from following the Super Bowl by pulling in around 30 million viewers. It was a pretty good show and might actually carry some of those 30 million to next week's episode.
