Early Thursday morning, Lindsay was arrested for allegedly getting into a physical altercation with another woman in a NYC nightclub.
A police official told NBC New York the woman Lohan hit was not expected to face charges.
TMZ reports Lohan was released before 8 a.m. with a desk appearance ticket.
