A few months ago, the news came out that a new "Dumb and Dumber" movie was in the works and that both Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels had signed on.

It looks like Jim Carrey has had a chage of heart because he has decided to move on from the project.

According to Entertainment Tonight, Jim became frustrated by New Line and Warner Brothers, who he felt showed a lack of enthusiasm regarding the project.

Carrey says, "I would have thought Dumb and Dumber Towas a no-brainer, after all it's implied in the title."
