On Sunday, Taylor Swift & Harry Styles of One Direction were spotted at the zoo in NYC (above).  Well...they've been spotted AGAIN & this time they're holding hands.

One Direction had a show at Madison Square Garden on Monday night, Taylor was at the Ripple of Hope Awards.  After 1D's show, Taylor showed up at the after party & the pair was spotted going into Taylor's NYC hotel at 4am.  Oh boy...
