Randy Jackson announced on Thursday that this will be his last season on American Idol.

In a statement, he says ""Yo! Yo! Yo! To put all of the speculation to rest, after twelve years of judging on American Idol I have decided to leave after this season. I am very proud of how we forever changed television and the music industry. It's been a life changing opportunity but I am looking forward to focusing on my company Dream Merchant 21 and other business ventures."

Fellow AI judge Mariah Carey also announced that Randy Jackson will no longer be her manager. 

Sounds like the dude is cutting all ties.

Anchormam 2 is shaping up to really be something special.  In the past few weeks, Amy Poehler, Tina Fey, Jim Carrey, Sasha Baron Cohen & John C. Reilley have been spotted filming cameos.  Just today, we find out that Kanye West will be a part of the movie too.

Good Lord, this movie needs to be out now.
